FAQ.

Welcome to our FAQ corner, where we demystify the ins and outs of transaction coordination! Explore our comprehensive answers to your burning questions about our services, empowering you with the knowledge you need to navigate your real estate transactions with confidence.

  • What is a transaction coordinator?
A remote Transaction Coordinator (abbreviated as TC) uses software workflows to manage the details involved in closing a real estate transaction. The remote transaction coordinator monitors the process from opening escrow to closing.
  • Why do I need a transaction coordinator?
We understand the challenging parts of real estate! You didn't sign up to become a paper pusher! On average it takes 19 hours of your time for just one transaction. Wouldn't you like to use that time to generate more listings and sales or spend more time with your family? Give your clients that concierge experience by letting us take care of your paperwork needs so you can do more of what you love!
  • What are your business hours?
We operate within normal weekly business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM mst. You can easily reach our office via phone, email, and text.
  • Do you have contact with my client?
That is totally optional! We do find that having direct communication with the client does significantly streamline the process, so please keep that in mind. Also, we do keep you informed of any communication and copy you on all emails with your client.
  • Are my files secure and confidential?
Yes! We use a tool called CognitoForms to collect your information and it is very secure. We do not share your information with anyone and we have strict guidelines to keep your information and your client's information safe.
  • Can you help with a transaction I've already initiated?
Yes! Of course! We'd love to help you out and take over the transaction.
  • How will you keep me updated?
This is primarily up to you as our client. At the start of our project, we'll discuss methods that work well for both parties and go from there. Rest assured, we are trying to make this as easy on YOU as possible! At minimum, you will receive a Monday update with all current, past due, and upcoming tasks.
  • Do I still have to pay if the transaction is cancelled?
The short answer is no. Life happens and deals fall through. We understand. We will work though these scenarios as needed.
  • What if we are not geographically close?
No worries at all! We do all of our work virtual so we are able to serve you in the easiest, most efficient way possible!
